Legal notice

Information pursuant to § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and § 18 (2) of the Interstate Media Treaty (MStV). The German version is the legally binding one.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no reference to it is shown.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). For third-party content that we did not create ourselves, our responsibility is limited under Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and the DDG.

There is no general obligation to monitor third-party information (Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). As soon as we become aware of a specific infringement, we remove the affected content without delay.
